Haven't worked on much in two days. Saw Avatar finally. It was great. I'm glad it had a happy ending; becuase it makes you sad and very angry most of the way through. The CG was absolutely wonderful. Very well done.
So even though the last two days have not been productive art-wise, the day before I made some strides with my friend Dan's site and with the CHS rotary sign. I'll be working on Dan's site today while at work.
A few weeks ago, I sat with myself to work on which art form I would focus. How can I choose one, or maybe two of all these wonderful things? But how do I figure out which one I can sustain for the long haul?
I suppose that is the mark of an artist. Or maybe that's simply my own personal downfall. Either way, I gotta figure this out. I've been far enough out of practice with all of them too, it's like starting from scratch with it all. So I think I'm going to use the 30 day method.
30 days of web design.
30 days of Illustration
30 days of graphic design
30 days of photography
Maybe not in that order, although the web design has to come first because of my current projects. I think the illistration will come next, simply because I think my soul needs it, and I'm the rustiest with it. Then I think photography, then graphic design. Ok there it is.
