Driving is part of a photographer's job. LOTS of driving. I've driven unbelievable amounts to shoot jobs. Next to having a camera go down, losing a car is like losing your trigger finger. I just lost my mobile trigger finger the other day to a broken timing chain and a few other issues. Pronounced DOA.

I'm now in scramble mode. I have commitments to keep this week, one of which is going to be paying for whatever new wheels I can find on my budget. I don't even have enough to even classify it as a budget!!

This morning, I woke up to two potential gigs that would help pay for a 1/3 of the price of a car I'm looking at. I think someone is looking down on me!! Now they just have to pan out...

It boggles me daily how dependant we have become on certain things!!
